Bax Music: Online music store

A successful online music store from the Netherlands with a broad presence throughout Europe. Consumers can order a range of lighting, sound and audio/video equipment, DJ gear, and musical instruments.

With more than half of all internet traffic coming from mobile devices, Bax Music was in need of a redesign and optimization of their mobile and tablet e-commerce checkout flow. During different phases, using Scrum, decisions were made in terms of interface, user interaction, flows and so on.
